St Walter 2021: Montepulciano was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 60kg of whole bunch NSW Montepulciano courtesy of Ravensworth. After a four month maceration and re-fermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature in bottle for several months before release.
