Capprettone is a native white wine grape to Campania and more notoriously around Mount Vesuvius.

Fermented in combination of stainless and amphora which spent 21 days on skin. Fruit profile is rich with apricots, candied orange, almonds and floral notes. Tight acidity line and a fresh mineraility backbone.
