Certified organic 50% Frappato 50% Nero D'Avola grapes grown on limestone and clay soils.  The grapes were hand harvested and destemmed with a wild fermentation racked to old Sicilian chestnut oak to allow for malolatic fermentation.

Unfined with a light filtration for an intense nose of red fruit and florals. This wine has a light to medium body palate with a fresh and juicy finish.
