From 40 year old vines in the North-West corner of the Barossa Valley. The fruit were hand harvested and de-stemmed. Undergoing a wild ferment the wine was then left to sit on lees in Acacia wood for six months. Aromas of rose petals and musk with a palate is textural yet racy and fine with white peach and long finish laden with star anise.
